The Wehrli Custom Fab Intercooler Pipe Kit - Gloss Black WCF100297-GB is designed to offer improved turbo spool up, throttle response, and efficiency in your Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. In addition, the WCFAB intercooler pipe helps eliminate weak points in the factory design - like the stock rubber and plastic cold side intercooler pipe that is notorious for cracking and splitting which leads to boost leaks or complete failures in hard-working and high-performance applications.

The WCFAB 3" Hot Side Intercooler pipe replaces the OEM restrictive 2.5" design with a fabricated aluminum high-flow 3" pipe with high quality silicone boot and improved double O-ring seal at the turbo outlet. In addition, this kit also includes a 3.5" Cold Side Intercooler Pipe which upgrades the failure prone OEM rubber part with a mandrel bent 14-gauge fabricated aluminum one-piece pipe. This pipe utilizes a CNC machined Billet aluminum adapter with a double O-ring seal with an upgraded silicone boot to withstand higher boost pressures than the factory components. This helps increase reliability and eliminate blown factory boots and horsepower-robbing boost leaks. This upgraded pipe kit is compatible with stock trucks requiring no additional modifications, upgrades, or tuning for installation.
