The Sun Coast SC-48-1-LC Category 1 48RE Transmission Rebuild Kit has what you need to rebuild the 48RE transmission in your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Diesel. Sun Coast designed this kit for those looking to boost the performance of their stock transmission. This kit includes improvements to the band and servos. The addition of the billet intermediate servo, billet band anchor, and billet band strut allows this kit to address common failure points of 48RE transmissions. This kit also includes a new billet 4.4 band lever and a thrust washer kit with selective shims to properly adjust bearings. The Raybestos Pro Series carbon fiber flex band in this kit is a durable upgrade to the factory band.
