S&S Diesel LGH-CP3-CARB CP4 To CP3 Conversion Kit (With Pump)

The S&S Diesel LGH-CP3-CARB CP4 To CP3 Conversion Kit (With Pump) replaces the CP4 fuel injection pump in your GM 6.6L Duramax LGH with a durable CP3 pump. S&S Diesel Motorsport® specifically developed this kit to address the common Bosch CP4 high-pressure pump failures that have plagued the LGH Duramax engine for years. The S&S solution is to remove the problem before it becomes a problem, by replacing the CP4.2 with a tried and true, bulletproof CP3 high pressure fuel pump.

CP4 high pressure pumps are often referred to as the Achilles heel of most diesel engines equipped with them because of the high failure rates. They can even take out the entire, very costly, high-pressure system with it (injectors, rails, lines). This includes all hardware necessary to replace the troublesome CP4 with a more reliable CP3, requires no tuning changes, and still maintains factory emissions control equipment.
