The S&B Filters Cold & Hot Side Intercooler Pipe Kit 83-1008 will replace the failure-prone factory plastic tube with a higher-flowing unit in your Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Diesel. This intercooler pipe kit includes the polished aluminum cold- and hot-side charge-air cooler tubes.

Larger Pipes, Less Restriction

The stock intercooler pipes were designed to meet production costs, not optimize airflow, especially with a 2.75" overall diameter. This pipe kit replaces them with 3.5" diameter, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing that delivers a smoother path for compressed air. The result is reduced restriction, enhanced airflow, and improved performance your Ram diesel deserves.

The OEM rubber hoses and plastic parts can become weak points as boost pressure and heat increase. These TIG-welded aluminum mandrel-bent pipes feature 5-ply aramid-reinforced silicone boots with heavy-duty spring-loaded T-bolt clamps.
