The PPE 114052001 Hardened Stainless Steel Magnetic Drain Plug (M14-1.5) is designed to help catch metal particles from your oil. The factory 14mm oil pan drain plug does not have a magnet, which allows metal particles to float freely and cause damage. PPE offers a Billet Hardened Stainless Steel 14mm (M14-1.5x20mm) Oil Drain Plug as a direct replacement. It is equipped with a powerful Neodymium magnet that effectively attracts harmful ferrous metal contaminants from the oil, thereby extending the engine's lifespan. The plug also includes a safety wire provision and a copper washer for a secure seal. Please ensure to torque the plug to 30-35 lb-ft according to specifications.
