The Mopar 06508175AA Damper to Axle Bracket Lock Nut & Retainer is part of the OE hardware used on the Ram Power Hop damper. This nut and retainer was used to secure the damper on the frame side. The Power Hop kit is used to reduce axle wrap and hop, resulting in better straight-line stability.
