The HSP Ceramic Coated Cast High Flow Manifolds HSP-D-019-1-HSP-C will replace the restrictive exhaust manifolds on your GM Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L Duramax LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM/LML. The stock manifolds are restrictive from the start, and HSP Diesel quickly noticed that they needed to be addressed if you want to make more horsepower. The HSP Manifolds fix common issues that the factory manifolds have, such as cracking, warping, and breaking bolts, while looking better and increasing performance.

What Makes the HSP Diesel Coated Billet Manifolds Different?
Cast using high-strength steel, these HSP Manifolds are then finished on a 5-axis CNC for a perfect fit. To eliminate the common flow restriction found in the factory driver-side manifold, these manifolds are precisely machined to maximize flow through a more open port design. The one-piece design of these manifolds provides outstanding strength and resistance to cracking or warping compared to multi-piece welded manifolds. The low-profile design provides added clearance if you need additional room for custom routing in the engine bay. These manifolds are compatible with factory-style up-pipes and come ceramic coated for heat protection rated up to 2,000F.
