The Hellwig 7320 Big Wig Rear Sway Bar will help improve the handling and stability of your Ford F250/F350 4WD (SRW & DRW) while towing. This adjustable sway bar features a solid bar of 1-5/16" chromoly steel construction that has heat treated for increased rigidity. By minimizing weight transfer thereby keeping loads from shifting, this sway bar improves handling and reduces driver fatigue.
