The ELocker is the most reliable on-demand differential, featuring selectable operation and net-forged gears for added strength. Under normal conditions, the ELocker performs as an open differential. When an obstacle is encountered - a rocky trail, muddy ditch, or other challenge - simply press a switch on the dashboard. The electronically controlled mechanism then locks, sending 100% of the available torque to both wheels equally. A second press of the switch deactivates the unit to resume normal driving.
