The Bilstein B8 5100 Series Shock Absorber (Ride Height Adjustable) 24-336970 will allow you to raise the front of your Ford F-150 4WD. This Bilstein B8 5100 shock absorber is designed specifically for your truck with a front OE coilover-style suspension. Multiple snap-ring grooves in the body of the shock allow for different spring seat positions, providing 2.1" of front lift with OE springs. This monotube shock absorber features a 46mm digressive piston with a self-adjusting deflective disc valve setting. The Bilstein B8 shock absorbers provide increased wheel travel and improved handling. Utilizing a B8 5100 (Ride Height Adjustable) shock absorber is a great way to level out your vehicle.
