Description
The AFE 49-03090-P ATLAS 5" Filter-Back Exhaust System with Polished Tip for your Ford 6.7L Powerstroke features a 5" aluminized steel mandrel bent piping. Designed as a bolt-on replacement from the filter-back, this exhaust system retains your OE emissions equipment for enhanced performance while keeping it street-legal.
Flow & Performance
This ATLAS exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded and manufactured from 5" mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, improving horsepower, torque and lowering EGTs. A mitered merge collector is also incorporated to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow. Some cutting is required.
Intercooling Tailpipe
This system is designed with Intercooling tailpipes, to lowering exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe.
Perfect Fit
This system uses all stock mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. Includes OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time.
6" Diameter Intercooled Exhaust Tip
Finishing off the exhaust is a 6" diameter exhaust tip that is a high luster polish stainless steel slash cut tip with intercooling vents designed to reduce exhaust gas temperatures at the tailpipe. A unique laser-cut Fe Power logo plate is riveted on for an unique style.
